Senior FF&E Designer (Hospitality Interiors)

A renowned London-based interior design studio, celebrated internationally for its refined hospitality interiors, is looking for a talented Senior FF&E Designer to join its dynamic creative team. The studio is recognised for its elegance, meticulous attention to detail, and innovative design approach. This is an exceptional opportunity for a designer with a passion for luxury aesthetics and extensive FF&E expertise to work on award-winning projects across the global hospitality sector.

As a Senior FF&E Designer, you will oversee the entire FF&E process from initial concept development to final installation. Your role will involve crafting and presenting cohesive design concepts, curating mood boards and material palettes, and producing thorough specifications and documentation. You will manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all FF&E elements align seamlessly with the overall vision and are delivered to the highest standard. 

Collaboration will be key, as you coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to source, produce, and deliver FF&E items. A keen eye for detail, strong design integrity, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment are essential.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the luxury hospitality sector, with a portfolio showcasing high-end hotels, restaurants, or bars. Creativity, conceptual thinking, and proven leadership in FF&E projects are required, alongside strong project management skills covering budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination. Excellent communication and collaborative abilities are crucial, as the role involves frequent interaction with internal teams and external partners.
