AV Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator (Events Agency)

We are looking for an experienced AV Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator from an AV integrator background to manage the procurement, testing, logistics, and stock control of audiovisual equipment across multiple projects.

This is a rare and unique opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading interior design agencies designing and delivering leading immersive experiences for museums, cultural attractions, theme parks brands globally.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands professional AV systems, enjoys negotiating with suppliers, and is comfortable working closely with engineering and project teams.
You will play a key role in ensuring equipment and materials are procured, prepared and delivered on time, working closely with engineers, project teams and suppliers to support projects from initial purchase for themed attractions and immersive experiences for clients worldwide.

This role would suit someone with experience in audio visual procurement AV integrator or systems integration background from an Events or Exhibition Agency only.
