Workshop Assistant

Our client is a retail design agency that are looking to hire a Workshop Assistant to join their busy team of designers, fabricators, printers and installers.
 
As a Warehouse Assistant your role will be broad, with a focus on taking deliveries, checking goods and inventory as well as overseeing the storing and management of stock. You will also help to process, pick and pack orders as well as supporting the various internal departments across sample testing and prototyping, supporting project installation and display builds.
 
There will also be plenty of opportunity to expand your skills with training in fabrication and manufacturing, and other elements in the design, build and installation of award winning retail POS.
 
This role would suit someone with a year or so of experience within a busy, manufacturing type environment, someone who is looking for the opportunity to learn new skills and has the enthusiasm, focus and communication skills needed to succeed.
