Architectural Designer/Technician (Vectorworks)

A smallish design studio but one who does excellent work and is constantly busy with a great level of projects in their pipeline, in Commercial, Retirement, Retail and other sectors seek a strong Architectural Technical Designer with Vectorworks fluency to add to their team.

Based in Central London the role would initially be 4 days in the office and 1 can be done at home.

It is a top studio that do lovely work whereby you'll be working on more than one project at a time, some which are challenging but rewarding.

Some of the key facets for the role are the following and requirements are as follows - 

• a good knowledge of UK building regulations related to interior commercial fit-out projects and a keen interest in developing our sustainability agenda within interior projects.
• confidence in producing thorough drawing packs with minimal oversight
• co-ordinate architectural elements with building services
• experience running client or contractor meetings

You'll be working with a medium sized team of 15 persons or more and every day can be different.
